At VIPSolutions, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our users. Since our services involve the delivery of instant AI-generated academic answers and digital content, our refund and cancellation policy is limited and governed by the following terms.
1. Cancellation Policy

Orders for credits or services can only be cancelled if the transaction is still pending and the AI-generated solution has not been delivered yet.

Once credits are used to unlock or generate an answer, the transaction is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The AI system fails to generate any output or response.
- The output is corrupted or incomplete due to a technical error.
- Credits were deducted but no solution was delivered within a reasonable time (usually under 5 minutes).

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the failed transaction.

All refund claims are subject to internal verification. Screenshots or proof may be requested.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- If the solution was successfully delivered and credits were used.
- If the user is dissatisfied with the AI’s quality or answer style (as outputs may vary).
- If the issue was not reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
- If the solution was used for academic dishonesty and flagged by an institution.
4. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will be credited via the original payment method.

No cash or manual refunds will be offered outside the system.
